Q: What happens in case the tenant is in breach of lease agreement?

In case the tenants are breaching the lease agreement we will post a legal notice and give an opportunity to cure the violation. In case the tenants did not cure the violation we will undertake necessary legal procedures in order to resolve the situation.

Q: How often are inspections done at my property?

Usually we visit your property once per month in order to check everything and update the owner on the status of the property. In case necessary we visit the property more than once per month, based on the request.
