The maintenance and management of the properties are the most prominent problems investors have, and our owner Josip is no exception. He is a real estate investor with multiple properties throughout Zagreb, but his main job is to run his businesses. That is why his days are always busy with travel or with his main job, and he can’t manage his investments correctly.

His properties have the objective of generating passive income, renting them for the long term, protecting his capital, and taking advantage of the added value. However, Josip has had many bad tenants lately who have caused damage to his properties, have not paid the rent, and it has taken more than three months to repair them all to re-list them.

But why did this happen? Because he thought he could only handle more than five large properties, did not have time to manage them, did not consider the surveys to verify if they were the perfect tenants, and he did not look for a property manager who could advise him. Also, he published his properties on web pages and always accepted the first interested tenant.
